THe unused fallow in the 'Postquartier' was sold to a developer under the condition than an urban development realization design competition would be held.The goal was to find a design that could complement future urban development in that central area of the city. To ensure a high quality design the city of Ravensburg conditioned an urban ideas competition.

Concept:
Different zones organized by pillars and upper levels define the 'Postquartier'. The building's character is composed of floating levels that wind around the outer edges of the property.
On the ground level you can find a range of cafés and bars as well as a bus terminal.
