The brief was to reorganize the layout to fit the facility's requirements and redesign its lobby. 
The interior is dominated by warm earthy tones. The flooring was covered with stoneware tiles and the ceiling lowered to accommodate the necessary ventilation system. A seperate room for smokers was created with help of a steel and glass frame construction. 
The existing outdoor entrance staircase was integrated in the new canopy design which was redesigned in idh e.V.'s corporate identity colours and built as an aluminium structure. The canopy stands out and marks the entrance on Friedberger Anlage.
