The building was developed around its floor plan - a four unit square dwelling. Also in addition a small apartment could be fitted into the floor plan towards the south to optimally utilize the floor space. The building is accessable from the north service road. The generously designed open floor plans of the 3 to 4 bedroom apartments all possess a daylight bathroom as well as a guest bathroom. The units are equipped with self-sustaining exhaust-air heat pump and a controlled fresh air ventilation system. 
Maisonette penthouse apartments are located on the top floor of each building. Both buildings are built upon a joint underground car park with a cellar under each building.

Begin of construction was in April 2015. It was completed in May 2016.
